The Raines International Leadership Team brings extensive executive search experience to each assignment. Vertically integrated at six different skill and experience levels, each search is led by a Managing Director who works diligently with the client to ensure a smooth and successful search process. The Managing Director is supported on each search by either a Vice President or Director, who is a specialist in the industry or function most pertinent to the assignment. Our support group of Associate Directors, Associates, and Research Analysts rounds out each search team, ensuring that a minimum of four individuals is committed to each client.
