Associate

The successful candidate will have 1-3 years executive search experience. S/he will partner with the Engagement Manager and will be responsible for identifying and developing qualified candidates on specific search assignments. S/he will be an intelligent self-starter with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a keen interest in business. One must be analytical, detail-oriented, and extremely professional with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines. An undergraduate degree from a top college or university is required, and a secondary degree is highly preferred.

Researcher

Researchers are integral members of the Raines International in-house research staff, which maintains its own library, online sourcing capabilities, and extensive reference materials. State-of-the-art electronic materials include corporate and candidate databases that enable our Research team to provide appropriate target company information and potential source/candidate research for specific search assignments. Researchers are also responsible for providing accurate company and industry information for business development presentations and/or candidate information packages.

The successful candidate will be an intelligent self-starter with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a keen interest in business. One must be analytical, detail-oriented, and extremely professional with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines. Outstanding database and internet searching skills are preferred.
